Chris and Danielle are like a dream team for a buyer, they both were incredibly communicative, transparent and assisted us in every single decision down to the doorknobs.
My concern going in was how overwhelming the process could be with the hundreds of decisions that needed to be made but the step by step process laid out by Pinecone made it simple and fun.
Both Danielle and Chris were excellent in keeping us on budget and directing us to quality vendors that gave us great prices and really fulfilled all of our greatest design desires. On top of everything they met every single deadline and delivered our home to us exactly on the agreed upon timeline. Both Chris and Danielle continue to be immediately responsive and helpful if an issue comes up and we will be forever grateful to have built our beautiful home with them!

First a single-family house and then a two-family house when our older children went to college. Both projects went very well and we highly recommend Chris and Danielle and their team. We liked three things in particular: First, Pinecone was very engaged and thoughtful during the design phase.

We are happy with the quality of the construction and the attention to detail in the design and layout of the house. We have had very few problems with our home during this time, but when we have Chris and Danielle have been extremely responsive and helped us sort them out. They are always able to recommend someone to fix it or sometimes do it themselves. The Utano family lives in the neighborhood and cares about the long term quality of their houses as well as their relationship with the community. In my experience, living in a community with lots of new builds, this is unique among builders.
